Sunrise

I got up late this morning and still saw the sunrise.  The colors are turning and the trees are so beautiful.  I have a friend coming to visit the first part of November and I'm afraid the trees will be bare and she will have missed the most beautiful days.

 

So she will have to come back in spring.

    We just aren't having a very good autumn season for color on the trees... the colors are quite subdued this year unfortunately, and the wet weather is knocking them to the ground... kind of stinks and I'm sorry she won't get to see a perfect Blue Ridge autumn.
