Rebecca's Law

I would like to coin a new law or axiom along the lines of Murphy's Law. 

"The need of a tool is inversely related to the tool placement or location."

Any tool I need is in the shop.  Unless I am in the shop.  Then it is in the house or the barn.  Or at the back of the rack.

   

 

 

And because I came up with this law, I can name it.  After me.
