For mine, I used the remains of a store-bought rotisserie chicken and it worked better than when I have used a home-cooked roast chicken because there was no fat or oil to skim off. I have never added potatoes or milk to chicken soup, but might be worth trying. Your soup looked delicious and we do like fresh cilantro, but too often it doesn't keep well until we can use all of it.Beatrice P.
